Landfill Environmental Permit

There is no standard permit for landfill operation in England and Wales. There are some exemption that may allow for the use of wastes in roads and construction, and perhaps the use of wastes for agricultural benefit (deposition on land) but if you want to put waste in a hole in the ground you will almost certainly need an environmental permit.

With no standard permit for Landfill you will be looking at a Bespoke Permit, with various supporting documentation. This application will take months to prepare and cost a fortune.

• Site Condition Report
