Alterations to an IPPC Permit

A client in the Southwest contacted SWEL regarding a compliance issue relating to an installation regulated under the IPPC Regulations.

The permit needed to be altered to include two very small discharges in the form of compressor condensate. SWEL carefully implemented changes to their exist IPPC permit in order to include these discharges under the permit. This not only brought the discharges in to compliance with the law, but was a very cost effective option for dealing with the discharges.
